This EXCLUSIVE cycling adventure to Girona and Rocacorba is the ultimate experience for people who love cycling.
You’ll spend eight days in and around Europe's cycling mecca, Girona.
This week is a combination of Girona's charming city and life, as well as the idyllic and tranquility of the mountains at Can Campolier, right at the base of the iconic climb of Rocacorba.
We will begin the week in the charming town of Girona, where we’ll stay at a 4-star hotel at the center of the world-renowned old town. Here you’ll have the opportunity to experience the city's vibrant life and cozy atmosphere.
The city of Girona houses many professional cyclists and exudes cycling culture with countless cycling cafes and shops. Moreover, the city offers exciting cultural and historical sights including the old city’s Roman wall and beautiful medieval cathedral. and today's fight for independence, you clearly feel that Girona is the capital of Catalonia!
After three days in the city, we’ll then bike to the top of the iconic climb: Rocacorba.
After descending, we’ll arrive at the masia, Rocacorba Cycling, for the last five days. No need to worry about your luggage; it will be transported to Rocacorba Cycling by our team.
The space hosts plenty of room for relaxation and a unique experience in an authentic and beautiful country house from the 17th century. This typical Catalan country house is located only 1.5 km from Lake Banyoles and has direct access to some of the most iconic climbs and views of the Pyrenees.
LUXURY IN CAN CAMPOLIER
Rocacorba Cycling has a total of 13 double rooms. Therefore, there are limited spots for this week. This offers our guests a unique opportunity and exclusive access since Bike Camp Spain will be the only group on the grounds. The property offers the perfect surrounding for pure relaxation by the pool and delicious dinners by the talented in-house chef. This will be an unforgettable trip! If you have a spouse who does not cycle, there is the option for them to join as there is plenty of opportunity to experience Catalonia and the beautiful surroundings both in Girona city and at the idyllic country house.
By spending time in both Girona city and Rocacorba Cycling in the country, we have the opportunity to be closer to the mountains, ride some unique routes, and experience more challenging terrain.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO JOIN
This unique cycling experience is designed for those who can ride 3–5 hours on a road bike. For those who love experiencing the world from a bike, being challenged, and want to push their limits, this camp will give you the experience of a lifetime. There is no age restriction, but the important thing is that you, as a participant, are prepared to train and get in shape before you arrive. That way, you and the other participants will have the best experience together.
Group levels
The camp is divided into 2 riding groups.
Because Girona offers a very versatile terrain, with both small and large mountains, rolling hills, stretches of coast and countless quiet roads, Bike Camp Spain is able to adapt the routes according to individual levels.
The final plan will only be made when we know the participant level, but below is what you can expect of the 8 days

MEALS
On this exclusive tour, breakfast and lunch are included all days. During the first days in Girona, dinner is at your own expense and takes place in the charming city, which offers many good restaurants. We book tables at handpicked restaurants.
During the stay at Can Campolier, dinner is included in the price and takes place on site where a chef will provide delicious food.
Lunches are included and in connection with the rides either during or after riding.

YOUR FLIGHT
Barcelona El Prat or the local Girona airport.
We recommend that you fly directly to Barcelona or Girona if possible.
From Barcelona you must either take a train or taxi to Girona.
From Girona airport you can take the bus or taxi (the airport is 15 km from Girona centre)
We are helpful in coordinating transfers so that the participants can share a taxi. Or help with which trains to take.
