Bike Camp Altea
Road Cycling Holiday on the Costa Blanca
7 Days - 3 . - 10 October 2026
Bike Camp Altea is a week-long road cycling holiday on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca – one of Europe's most iconic cycling destinations. In October, the summer warmth still lingers, offering sunny days, pleasant temperatures and perfect conditions for long rides on quiet mountain roads.
Together with our local guides, you'll ride legendary climbs such as Coll de Rates, Guadalest and Confrides, while enjoying spectacular Mediterranean views and some of the finest cycling routes Spain has to offer.
We stay at a 4-star beachfront hotel where great cycling is combined with excellent food, relaxation and a welcoming cycling community. At Bike Camp Spain, it's about much more than kilometres and elevation gain – it's about unforgettable rides, new friendships and a cycling holiday you'll remember long after the final ride.

A typical day
The day begins with a relaxed breakfast buffet as the sun rises over the Mediterranean.
From there, we roll out into the Spanish mountains for the day’s ride – typically 4–5 hours on the bike through beautiful scenery and iconic climbs. We ride together in our groups and always wait for each other at the top of the climbs, ensuring everyone has a great experience. Along the way, we stop 1–2 times, where the support vehicle is ready with cold drinks and energy.
Back at the hotel, a well-earned lunch awaits, followed by time to relax by the pool or enjoy the sun by the sea.
In the evening, we come together again for dinner, sharing stories from the day’s ride in a relaxed and social atmosphere.

Top class cycling camp in Altea. Super well organized, tough (and cool) routes and fantastic company. Got a really good workout in perfect weather ☀️ Perfect kickstart to the season. Will definitely be back next year. 5 stars 🌟

More than just cycling
This is not just a week on the bike.
It’s a week filled with great experiences, a strong sense of community, and time to simply unwind.
Many people arrive on their own – but it rarely stays that way. From the very first day, a natural and relaxed atmosphere develops, where conversations start easily and riders connect across different levels.
It’s just as much the coffee stops, the laughs, and the time spent after the rides as it is the hours in the saddle that make the week truly special.
