Our cycling trips in Spain are designed for passionate male and female road cyclists who enjoy long rides and challenges in hilly or mountainous terrain. You don’t need to be an elite rider – the most important thing is that you enjoy spending several hours on the bike, are prepared physically, and want a great cycling experience.Most trips recommend a minimum level of 2.5 W/kg (20-minute FTP), while some of our more demanding camps recommend at least 3.0 W/kg.We offer three different types of camps:Epic Tours: Require a minimum of 3 W/kg and strong endurance, as these tours include long and challenging days on the bike.Camps (from 2.5 W/kg): Designed for riders with a solid level of fitness who enjoy longer rides and climbing.Camps for all levels: These rides are generally shorter and less demanding than the camps above.If you’re unsure whether your level fits a specific trip, feel free to contact us. It’s always better to ask once too many than once too few. We’re happy to give you an honest assessment so you end up on the camp that suits you best. 🚴‍♂️

Yes, many of our participants travel alone. At Bike Camp Spain we bring together riders with the same ambitions and level, and a community is quickly formed.

You cannot rent a bike directly through Bike Camp Spain, but we are always happy to help by recommending a trusted local partner we work with.
