Day 4 - 3rd stage

Solsona - Pont de Suert, 171 km - 3820 meters of climbing…

The Queen Stage of the Tour!

The numbers say it all, this is the longest day of the tour, with plenty of climbing. But it’s not just about the stats, this terrain is absolutely stunning. From the moment we leave Solsona, perched right at the foot of the mountains, there’s no question where the day will take us. The route takes you over five climbs of varying lengths, each surrounded by spectacular scenery and quiet, peaceful roads. Among them, Coll de Serra Seca stands out - it featured in Stage 7 of the 2009 Tour de France, a legendary day that began in Barcelona and finished in Andorra. Riding it yourself gives you a taste of the same challenge faced by the pros.

Our day finishes in El Pont de Suert, the furthest point we’ll reach in Catalonia, right on the border with Aragon. Along the way, we pass through 13 small tunnels, and ride alongside beautiful lakes, a picture-perfect end to a long, unforgettable day.
